Placing your Order
Ordering from this site couldn't be easier. Browse through the products in the Shop, adding your desired products into your shopping basket.
Payment is via Paypal Express which is 100% secure and accepts most credit and debit cards. It is not necessary to have a PayPal account.
Delivery
Goods are normally dispatched with 2 working days. Custom orders delivery time is dependant on the current lead time.
Postal Charges - UK
Delivery is by First Class mail and charges are banded by weight and size.
Cost will be calculated during checkout.
Once dispatched, delivery time is dependant on the Royal Mail.
High value items may be sent by Courier and require a signature.
Charges - Europe
Parcels will be sent by Air Mail and charges are banded by weight, size and value.
Cost will be calculated during checkout.
Delivery times are dependant upon the delivery company and customs.
I will used tracked postage where possible.

Parcels will be sent by Air Mail and charges are banded by weight, size and value.

Returns
I hope you will be happy with your purchase but should you will to return your item, please email me within 7 working days stating the reason for the return. The return of custom/personalised items will be discussed on an individual basis.
- please email me before sending the item back
- return the item in a re-saleable condition within 7 working days
- unless the item is faulty, refunds cannot be given for the return postage for the item
- a full refund of the product, delivery and return postage will be given where an item is deemed faulty upon reciept back to me
